Data Deletion Instructions

WALoom users can request deletion of account, workspace, contact, campaign, conversation, and Meta-connected WhatsApp data. This page is available for Meta App Review and for users who need a clear deletion request path.

How To Request Deletion

  • Send a deletion request to support@waloom.online. Use the subject line Data Deletion Request.
  • If you still have access to WALoom, you can also disconnect a WhatsApp Business Account from Settings > WhatsApp. Disconnecting removes WALoom's stored token and stops sending/webhook processing for that connected account. The delete button deletes all your data for the selected account or workspace.

To protect users and workspaces, WALoom may verify account ownership before processing a deletion request.

What WALoom Deletes

  • Stored WhatsApp access tokens and connection metadata.
  • Workspace WhatsApp phone-number connection records.
  • Contacts, lists, tags, campaigns, message templates, automations, and conversation data owned by the workspace when full workspace deletion is requested.
  • Operational records that are no longer required for security, billing, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

Processing Time

WALoom will review and process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a shorter period is required by applicable law. Some limited records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
