Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of WALoom, including the website, application, dashboards, automations, campaign tools, shared inbox, integrations, and related services.
By creating an account, signing in, connecting a workspace, or using any part of WALoom, you confirm that you accept these terms on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. If you use WALoom for a company, agency, client, or other organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree with these terms, do not use WALoom.
The WALoom Service
WALoom is owned and operated by Palvira, SA. WALoom provides software for managing WhatsApp-related business communication. The service may include contact management, lead capture, campaigns, message templates, automations, chatbot flows, shared team inboxes, reporting, and integrations with third-party systems.
WALoom may update, improve, suspend, replace, or discontinue features at any time. We may also change pricing, plan limits, feature availability, or service packaging with notice where required.
WALoom is a software platform. Your use of WhatsApp, Meta, payment processors, hosting services, and other third-party services is also subject to their own terms, policies, approvals, pricing, and technical limits.
WhatsApp Business Platform/API
Some WALoom features require access to WhatsApp Business Platform/API capabilities. Your business may need Meta Business verification, approved WhatsApp sender setup, message-template approvals, and other requirements controlled by Meta or WhatsApp.
Approval, message quality, messaging limits, template review, account restrictions, and WhatsApp account enforcement are controlled by Meta and WhatsApp. WALoom can explain the setup process, but final decisions remain with Meta and WhatsApp.
- You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp Business terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, WhatsApp Commerce Policy, applicable privacy laws, consent requirements, and anti-spam rules.
- You are responsible for any WhatsApp, Meta, telecom, carrier, payment, or third-party charges connected to your usage.
- Messages may be subject to template approval, quality ratings, rate limits, account limits, opt-in requirements, and recipient controls.
- Policy violations, excessive negative feedback, invalid documentation, misleading business details, or prohibited content may lead to restrictions or bans by Meta or WhatsApp.
WALoom is independent from Meta and WhatsApp unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for your workspace, users, credentials, connected numbers, contacts, campaigns, automations, templates, messages, files, and all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree not to use WALoom to:
- send unsolicited, unlawful, deceptive, abusive, harassing, hateful, adult, violent, or discriminatory content;
- upload or process data you do not have the legal right to use;
- impersonate another person or business;
- violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, consumer protection, advertising, or messaging laws;
- interfere with WALoom systems, bypass usage controls, scrape the service, or attempt unauthorized access;
- reverse engineer, copy, resell, or build a competing service using WALoom except as permitted by law or written agreement.
We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use creates security, legal, deliverability, platform, payment, or operational risk.
Customer Data
You retain ownership of the content and data you submit to WALoom, including contacts, lists, tags, campaign content, message templates, automations, and conversation data.
You grant WALoom permission to host, process, transmit, store, display, and use Customer Data only as needed to provide, secure, support, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the service.
We may use aggregated or de-identified information for analytics, product improvement, reliability monitoring, and business reporting, provided it does not identify a specific customer or contact.
Fees, Billing, and Refunds
Paid plans are billed according to the plan, billing cycle, currency, taxes, and payment terms shown during checkout, inside the application, or in an applicable order form.
Unless stated otherwise, subscription fees are billed in advance and renew automatically until canceled. You are responsible for keeping billing details accurate and for paying all applicable fees, taxes, and third-party charges.
WALoom fees do not include charges from Meta, WhatsApp, carriers, payment providers, or other connected third-party services unless stated separately.
Refunds are handled under the WALoom Refund Policy.
Support
Support is available by email at support@waloom.online and through any support channels shown inside WALoom. Support availability, response time, onboarding help, and priority handling may vary by plan.
When contacting support, include your account email, workspace name, connected WhatsApp number if relevant, and screenshots or logs where possible.
Intellectual Property
WALoom, including its software, interface, workflows, visual design, documentation, trademarks, and related materials, is owned by Palvira, SA, or its licensors. You receive a limited right to use the service according to these terms and your plan.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, sublicense, or exploit WALoom except as allowed by these terms or by written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALoom is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free service, message delivery, third-party approval, campaign performance, or business results.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WALoom will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, lost-data, business-interruption, or replacement-service damages.
Where liability cannot be excluded, WALoom’s total liability will be limited to the fees paid to WALoom for the affected service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.
Termination
You may stop using WALoom or cancel your plan according to the cancellation options available in your account or by contacting support. Canceling may stop future renewals but does not automatically create a refund.
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms, fail to pay fees, create security or platform risk, violate third-party platform policies, or use the service unlawfully.
Termination may result in loss of access to workspace data. Export or delete data before cancellation where available. Some records may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, billing, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
