WhatsApp and Meta-Connected Data
When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or Meta-related integration, WALoom may process connection metadata, access tokens, phone-number records, webhook events, message status events, template information, conversation records, and related operational data needed to provide the service.
Disconnecting a connected WhatsApp Business Account removes WALoom’s stored token and stops sending or webhook processing for that connected account. Full deletion can be requested through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support.
How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, secure, and maintain WALoom.
- Create and manage accounts, workspaces, billing, and support.
- Send campaigns, automations, and messages configured by your workspace.
- Process connected WhatsApp and Meta events.
- Detect abuse, fraud, security threats, payment issues, and policy violations.
- Improve product performance, reliability, onboarding, analytics, and customer experience.
- Send service notices, updates, support replies, and account-related communications.
- Comply with legal, tax, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide WALoom, support your account, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain security, and enforce agreements.
Some operational logs, billing records, dispute records, fraud-prevention records, and legal records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information.
