WALoom is owned and operated by Palvira, SA. WALoom provides WhatsApp management, automation, campaigns, shared inbox, and related business messaging software. Our website is available at https://waloom.online.

This Privacy Policy explains how WALoom collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you visit our website, create an account, connect a workspace, use the application, contact support, or interact with WALoom services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through your use of WALoom, and limited technical information from your device or browser.

Billing dataPlan, invoices, payment status, billing contact details, and transaction references. Payment card data may be handled by payment providers rather than stored directly by WALoom.

WhatsApp and Meta-Connected Data

When you connect a WhatsApp Business Account, phone number, or Meta-related integration, WALoom may process connection metadata, access tokens, phone-number records, webhook events, message status events, template information, conversation records, and related operational data needed to provide the service.

Disconnecting a connected WhatsApp Business Account removes WALoom’s stored token and stops sending or webhook processing for that connected account. Full deletion can be requested through the Data Deletion page or by contacting support.

Cookies and Tracking

WALoom may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the service, understand usage, measure performance, and improve the website.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect login, security, account management, or application functionality.

How We Use Information

  • Create and manage accounts, workspaces, billing, and support.
  • Send campaigns, automations, and messages configured by your workspace.
  • Process connected WhatsApp and Meta events.

  • Improve product performance, reliability, onboarding, analytics, and customer experience.
  • Send service notices, updates, support replies, and account-related communications.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, bill, support, analyze, communicate, or deliver WALoom. These providers may include hosting platforms, payment processors, analytics tools, customer support tools, email providers, infrastructure vendors, and integration partners.

Retention

Some operational logs, billing records, dispute records, fraud-prevention records, and legal records may be retained after account deletion where required or permitted by law.
