Overview
WALoom is a software subscription for WhatsApp management, automation, campaigns, shared inbox, and related business messaging workflows. This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refund requests are handled.
Where available, WALoom may offer a trial or onboarding period so you can evaluate the product, understand setup requirements, test integrations, and review how WhatsApp Business Platform/API usage works before committing to a paid plan.
Paid Plans
Unless required by applicable law or stated in a separate written agreement, payments for paid WALoom subscriptions are generally non-refundable once a paid plan begins or renews.
There are no automatic refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused time, plan downgrades, upgrade changes, feature non-use, user inactivity, or failure to cancel before renewal.
Limited Review Window
At WALoom’s discretion, we may review refund requests submitted within 48 hours of a payment or renewal when the payment was accidental, duplicate, or the renewal was clearly unintended.
Submitting a request does not mean a refund will be approved. We may ask for account details, payment references, usage history, and context before making a decision.
WhatsApp / Meta Restrictions
Refunds are not provided when service interruption, account restriction, number ban, message limit, template rejection, business verification issue, or delivery problem is caused by WhatsApp, Meta, policy violations, unsupported industries, invalid documents, spam complaints, recipient feedback, or customer misuse.
You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp, Meta, privacy, consent, anti-spam, and commerce policies. Using WALoom for unsolicited messaging or non-compliant campaigns is at your own risk.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription according to the options available in your account or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewal when processed successfully, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Before cancellation, export or delete data you need to preserve. Some data may be removed, deactivated, or retained according to the Terms, Privacy Policy, and Data Deletion Policy.
